VEHICLE FOR SALE
Kerala Cricket Association (KCA) invites sealed offers in prescribed format for the sale of the following vehicle:
1. A self-attested photo ID proof and PAN card has to be submitted along with the tender form.
2. The bidder has to deposit the offer form in a sealed cover (with superscription reading “Offer for Vehicle Auction”) in the tender box kept in the office on the ground floor at KCA Complex, Sasthamkovil Road, Thycaud PO, Thiruvananthapuram-695 014. OR

3. The last date for accepting the offer will be 3 pm on 20/ 02/2020
4. The tender will be opened on 20/02/2020 at 4:00 pm at KCA office at Thycaud.
5. The successful bidder has to remit an advance amount of 25% of the bid amount to KCA otherwise which his offer will stand cancelled and the offer goes to the next highest bidder.
6. The successful bidder has to take possession of the vehicle within three working days otherwise which his offer will stand cancelled and has to forfeit his advance.
7. The amount is to be remitted by way of a Demand Draft of any nationalised bank favouring Kerala Cricket Association payable at Trivandrum.
8. It shall be presumed that the bidder has fully inspected the vehicle before auction and the Kerala Cricket Association shall not be held responsible for any defects/complaints of the vehicle.
9. The successful bidder shall get the vehicle transferred in his/her name as per rule immediately on taking delivery at their own cost.
10. KCA reserves its rights to accept or reject any offers without assigning any reason whatsoever.
