Tender Notice- Temporary Overlays for International Cricket Events at The Sports Hub, Greenfield International Stadium, Thiruvananthapuram for the Period from 01.09.2023 to 31.03.2024
KCA is inviting quotes from licensed, reputed and experienced agencies for International Cricket Matches at The Sports Hub, Greenfield International Stadium, Thiruvananthapuram for the Period from 01.09.2023 to 31.03.2024. In connection with the conduct of the matches KCA proposes to have various temporary overlays related to barricading, renting of chairs, tables, air conditioners, carpeting etc.
The details of the requirements are given below. Interested agencies /firms may submit their application on the prescribed application form along with the quotes to Secretary, KCA Complex, Sasthamkovil Road, Thycaud PO, Trivandrum 695014. Ph- 0471 2326522 on or before 12 PM on 21.08.2023 in sealed cover super scribed “Tender-Temporary Overlays”.
The agency has also to supply any additional requirement over and above the listed items (attached). Before supplying or carrying out such additional requirements the service provider should submit the quotation to the association office and get approval for the same.
The supplier has to ensure that the quality of the items supplied especially the chairs, sofas, carpets, tables, metal sheets etc. KCA will not make payments for items which are not of good quality. The agency/firm has also to obtain all statutory clearance/NOC from the local bodies etc.
The list of items for which the rates are to be quoted is attached. (The rates shall be inclusive of labour charges including loading , unloading and transportation. GST to be disclosed separately in the quote) The rates quoted shall be valid till 31st March 2024.
Secretary, KCA reserves the right to accept/reject any or all quotes and also cancel the quotation notice and call for re-quote without assigning any reason thereof.
