In connection with the 2nd Paytm T20 cricket match between India & West Indies to be played on 8th December 2019 at The Sports Hub, Trivandrum, Kerala Cricket Association (KCA) is inviting Expression of Interest from reputed and experienced Marketing /advertising/communication Agencies to be a partner/partners with KCA for bringing in sponsorships on commission basis . The EoI in the prescribed form should reach the Honorary Secretary, Kerala Cricket Association, KCA Complex, T.C 24/131(1), Sasthamkoil Road, Thycaud P.O, Thiruvananthapuram, Pin-695 014, Tel- 0471-2326522, 2331368 on or before 3 PM on 05/11/2019
The night match is expected to host nearly 50000 spectators on that day. BCCI will telecast the match “Live” through Star India, which will be viewed worldwide. KCA envisions using this match as a platform for inculcating a “Cricket Culture” among the Kerala youth. Additionally, a high degree of awareness and excitement will be created in the build up to the match, translating into maximum spectator presence at the venue.
The match will start at 7 PM and expected to end by11 PM. KCA has an existing contract with Twenty First Century Media Pvt Ltd in respect of advertising rights inside the stadium except certain specifically excluded items. KCA is interested to tie up with a reputed company in selling the Marketing rights of the following items.
- Advertising rights outside the stadium
- Specified items of advertising rights inside the stadium
The specified items inside the stadium are:- Runner Boards, Banners, Virtual rights, Score Board (Manual), clothing to ball boys/girls, markers, ground staff etc
Advertisement scope outside:-
- Arches at 2 stadium compound entry points including a 60 ft double road main entry from NH
- 17 lamp posts on the double road, giant light mast, 13 lamp post on the right side road
- Outside walls of the stadium structure
- Entry arches:- There are 25 entries to the seating area which is divided into two for separate entries to the upper and lower tier
- Boards & banners
- Stalls
Marketing Partner shall not canvas for or display signboards, banners etc., which compete with the event sponsors or BCCI sponsors and shall ensure that the Ambush marketing clause of BCCI is not violated.
KCA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT/REJECT ANY OFFER AND TO CANCEL THE TENDER AND CALL FOR RE-TENDER WITHOUT ASSIGNING ANY REASON THEREOF.
