EXPRESSION OF INTEREST: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 1 no. electric traction passenger elevator (simplex type) at Pavilion building, Mangalapuram Cricket Ground for 13 passenger (884 kg) carrying capacity
Kerala Cricket Association invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from reputed registered Lift Manufacturers/Suppliers for Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 1 no electric traction passenger elevator (simplex type) at Pavilion building, Mangalapuram cricket ground for 13 passenger (884 kg) carrying capacity as per terms and conditions.
The above specifications are proposed in general and the Contractor is required to inspect the site and to propose detailed design/ specification to satisfy the requirement as intended by EOI.
Necessary site inspection should be made at the expense of the Manufacturers/Suppliers so as to ascertain the exact dimensions required for the design of the passenger elevator to suit the site condition. It is the responsibility of the manufacturers/Suppliers that he should be well conversant with the site conditions and quote for the work accordingly. No excess over the quoted rate will be admitted on any grounds.
All details and conditions of the contract can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on all working days from 29.06.2023 to 04.07.2023 between 10.00 am and 5.00 pm. The tender/quotations should reach the office on or before 06.07.2023 (5 pm) . Late quotations will not be accepted.
EOI shall be submitted to the Honorary Secretary, Kerala Cricket Association, KCA Head Quarters, Sasthamkovil Road, Thiruvananthapuram in a cover super scribed “Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 1 no. electric traction passenger elevator (simplex type)” by courier or emailed to KCA at office@keralacricket.in with subject “EOI-Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 1 no. electric traction passenger elevator (simplex type) ”.
KCA reserves the right to accept/reject any offer and to cancel the tender and call for re-tender without assigning any reason thereof and also to negotiate the rates.
