TENDER-SUPPLYING & STACKING OF RIVER SAND
Kerala Cricket Association invites sealed quotations from experienced and licensed vendors for supplying and stacking of fine & semi coarse sieved river sand of uniform particles in size and free from foreign particles and living vegetations at different locations in Kerala as specified below.
- Managalapuram, Karyavattom, Thumba, Thiruvananthapuram
- SD College, Alappuzha
- Kalamasserry, Kakkanad, Ernakulam
- Thodupuzha, Idukki
- Krishnagiri, Wayanad
- Thalasserry, Kannur
- Perinthalmanna, Malappuram
- Manya Mundodu, Kasargode
The rates shall be quoted in Cubic meter and should include cost of river sand, transporting, all labour charges including loading & unloading and GST. KCA will accept the sand only if the quality is as per specification/required standard.
All statutory permissions and passes from the appropriate authority shall be obtained by the supplier and copies of the same should be submitted to KCA. The period of supply of the river sand shall be up to 31st December 2020.
Interested agencies /firms may submit their application on the prescribed application form along with the quotes to the KCA office at the address shown above on or before 3 pm on 06/11/2019. The tender will be opened at 4 PM on the same day.
KCA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT/REJECT ANY OFFER AND TO CANCEL THE TENDER AND CALL FOR RE-TENDER WITHOUT ASSIGNING ANY REASON THEREOF AND ALSO TO NEGOTIATE THE RATES.
