Kerala Cricket Association (KCA) is inviting Expression of Interest / Tenders from reputed & renowned groups for DJ & entertainment performance during the Third Mastercard One Day International cricket match between India &
Sri Lanka at the Sports Hub (Greenfield Stadium), Thiruvananthapuram on 15th January 2023. The quotes should reach the Secretary, Kerala Cricket Association, KCA Complex, T.C 24/131(1), Sasthamkovil Road, Thycaud P.O., Thiruvananthapuram, Pin-695 014, Tel- 0471-2326522, 2331368
Nature of work:
1.DJ & Entertainment on the match day till close of match.
Terms and conditions
- The total sound output should not be less than 100000 watts
- Mandatory announcement and other important announcements are to be announced through your system
- Announcer/anchor to be provided(provide quote separately with credentials
- The music played by you shall not infringe the “Public Performance Licence under copy right Act 1957. An undertaking in this regard may be submitted in the prescribed form
- The rate should be inclusive of transportation. GST to be shown separately
- Generator will be supplied by KCA. The capacity has to be informed
- DJ platform shall be provided. The size of the platform is to be intimated to the KCA
- All accessories like Monitors, CDJ 2000, CDJM 900, codeless mic etc. has to provided
- The system has to connected with the telecast system to play National Anthem and other important announcements
Last date of receipt of tenders :- 20/12/2022. 12 noon.
Date of opening of tenders :- 20/12/2022. 4 pm onwards
Secretary, KCA reserves the right to accept/reject any or all quotes and also cancel the quotation notice and call for re-quote without assigning any reason thereof.
