INSURANCE PROPOSAL T20
Kerala Cricket Association has been allotted the conduct of the 2nd Paytm T 20 International cricket match between India and West Indies to be played on the 8th December 2019 at the Sports Hub (Green Field Stadium) Karyavattom, Trivandrum. KCA wish to insure the match as per the proposal given below.

Part-1- Event Cancellation
Sum Insured: – Gate Collection (Ticket money), Advertisement/ Sponsorship,Irrecoverable expenses (Including GST) Rs.8 crore
(The essence of the policy being Revenue + Expense basis. (Gate Collection revenue+ Sponsorship+ Marketing Revenue+ Expense)
Part-2 Damages including assets of the stadium (Chairs & fixtures and furniture’s, cameras, hoardings, lights etc
Public Liability Rs.1 Crore
Personal Accident including Workman Accident Rs.1 Crore
Total – 10 Crore.
Scope of Cover: –
Riot/Strikes, Civil Commotion,Fire, Lightning,malicious Damage, national mourning, Bombing, Blast,Rain,Tsunami,Hurricane,Tornado,Floods, Inundation /flood, earthquakes,Storm,Cyclone,Typhoons and other acts of god perils including Fog,hail,Mist, bandh/hartal, Terrorism cover.
Conditions: – As per Standard Terms and Conditions of the Special Contingency Policy (approved by Lloyd’s Market Association).

Coverage of policy should beginfrom0.00 hours on 06th December 2019 and cover up to and including 9th December 2019 midnight.
Secretary, KCA reserves the right to accept/reject any or all quotes and also cancel the quotation notice and call for re-quote without assigning any reason thereof.
Quotes shall be submitted in a cover along with the prescribed application form to KCA in the above address on or before 3 pm on 26/10/2019 and the same shall be opened on the same day at 4 Pm.
