TENDER NOTICE: ENGAGEMENT OF EVENT MANAGEMENT AGENCY/COMPANY IN CONNECTION WITH INAUGURATION CEREMONY OF CONSTRUCTION OF TWIN CRICKET GROUNDS AND AMENITIES AT AKATHETHARA, PALAKKAD

Kerala Cricket Association (KCA) hereby invites proposals from professional, licensed, and experienced event management agencies/companies for providing event management services in connection with inauguration ceremony of construction of twin cricket grounds and associated amenities at Akathethara, Palakkad, scheduled to be held on 27th February 2026. The inaugural ceremony is anticipated to host an audience of approximately 500 – 600 attendees, including dignitaries, officials, invited guests, media representatives etc.
This is a single-stage bidding process wherein both technical credentials, and financial proposal are invited for evaluation.
All interested parties are kindly requested to submit their Proposal.
Last date and time of receipt of tender: 20.02.2026, 4 PM
Secretary, KCA reserves the right to accept/reject any or all application and may also cancel the tender notice and call fresh notice without assigning any reason thereof.
The selected agency shall indemnify KCA against all claims, losses, damages arising from negligence, statutory violations, accidents or third-party claims. Neither party liable for delay due to natural calamity, government orders, war, etc.
