Request for Proposal (RFP) for Design, Development, Implementation and Maintenance of Website and Mobile App for Kerala Cricket League and Kerala Cricket Association
The Kerala Cricket Association (KCA) invites Proposals from reputed and experienced firms with proven expertise in website and mobile application development to undertake the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of two separate digital platforms—each comprising a dedicated website and mobile application—for the following:
- Kerala Cricket League (KCL)
- Kerala Cricket Association (KCA)
Eligibility Criteria:
* The firm should have a minimum of three (03) years’ experience in the relevant domain.
* The firm must have successfully completed at least three (03) similar projects involving the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of websites and mobile applications for reputed organizations.
* Experience with sports/event-based platforms will be an added advantage.
* Capacity to deliver within defined timelines and budgets.
Scope of Work:
The scope covers end-to-end delivery of two distinct digital platforms, one each for KCL and KCA, and includes the following components:
- Requirement Gathering & Planning
- Design & User Interface
- Website Development (CMS)
- Mobile App Development (iOS and Android)
- Third-Party Integrations
- Security & Performance
- Hosting and Deployment
- Content Management
- Maintenance & Support
Special Conditions:
Seamless Transition: The existing websites for Kerala Cricket League (KCL) and Kerala Cricket Association (KCA) are currently live. The transition must be carried out seamlessly with minimal service disruption.
Basic SEO Implementation: The solution must include basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) features and configurations.
Multilingual Support in Mobile App: The mobile applications should have the option to select either English or Malayalam, with the ability to switch languages within the app.
Post Go-Live Support: A minimum of two (02) months of post Go-Live support is to be included, covering bug fixes, minor updates, and operational assistance as required.
Proposal Submission Guidelines:
Interested bidders are required to submit their proposals in two parts — the Technical Proposal and the Commercial Proposal — as detailed below:
Technical Proposal: Technical Proposal should provide a comprehensive outline of technical approach, project methodology, proposed architecture, development platforms, team structure, relevant experience, and client references. Presentation/demonstration of the proposed project is mandatory and will be a key component of the technical evaluation process.
Commercial Proposal: The Commercial Proposal must include a detailed cost breakup corresponding to each item outlined in the Scope of Work. All prices should be quoted exclusive of applicable taxes. Additionally, the proposal should clearly specify any optional services or value additions, if applicable, under a separate section, with corresponding cost details.
Timeline for Completion:
The entire project including deployment of website and mobile app must be completed within two (02) months from the date of award of contract.
