Tender- Temporary Overlays
KCA will be hosting Vijay Hazare Trophy Matches from 08/12/2021 to 14/12/2021 & Ranji Trophy Matches from 13/01/2022 to 13/02/2022 at Trivandrum. In connection with the conduct of the matches KCA proposes to have various temporary overlays related to renting of chairs, pandal, tables, air conditioners, carpeting etc for its ground at Mangalapuram, St.Xavier’s Thumba and Sports Hub Karyavattom as per requirement.
KCA is inviting quotes from licensed, reputed and experienced agencies for the above works. The details of the requirements are given below. Interested agencies /firms may submit their application on the prescribed application form along with the quotes to the KCA office at the address shown above. The agency has also to supply any additional requirement over and above the listed items.
The supplier has to ensure that the quality of the items supplied especially the chairs, sofas, carpets, tables etc . KCA will not make payments for items which are not of good quality. The agency/firm has also to obtain all statutory clearance/NOC from the local bodies etc
The list of items for which the rates are to be quoted is attached. (The rates shall be inclusive of labour charges including loading , unloading and transportation. GST to be shown separately) The rates quoted shall be valid for one year ending December 2022.
Secretary, KCA reserves the right to accept/reject any or all quotes and also cancel the quotation notice and call for re-quote without assigning any reason thereof.
The envelop containing sealed tender / quotation superscribed ‘Tender – Temporary Overlays’ reach the Office of Honorary Secretary Kerala Cricket Association , KCA complex, T.C 24/131 (1) , Sasthamkovil Road, Thycaud, Thiruvananthapuram -695014 on or before 3pm, 17.11.2021
