Tender Notice – Cleaning Services at Edakochi Land Owned by Kerala Cricket Association
Kerala Cricket Association (KCA) is inviting COMPETITIVE QUOTES from experienced agencies for the cleaning services at KCA-owned property having an extent of 9.5 hectares of land comprised in survey no. 27/1, 28/1, 29/4, 5,6,7,8, 30/1,2, 32/1,6,7,9, 33/6,10, 74/1 of Eda Kochi village (formerly Palluruthy Village in the CZMP), Kochi Taluk, Ernakulam District. Edakochi.
Interested parties are requested to visit the work site and submit their quotes super-scribed “Quotation for Cleaning Services at Edakochi Land” addressed to: The Secretary, Kerala Cricket Association, KCA Complex, T.C 28/152, Sasthamkovil Road, Thycaud P.O, Thiruvananthapuram, Pin-695 014, Tel- 0471-2326522. Quotations should be submitted via courier, speed post, or registered mail.

To clean the debris, wild vegetation and remove all kind of wastes from the puramboke canal flowing through the boundaries, water channels and ridge/cause way inside the land owned by KCA to avoid waterlogging in the locality.
- Complete disposal of garbage at KCA site.
- The contractor/ agency shall visit the site before submitting the tender.
- The rates quoted should be all inclusive except GST.
- All cleaning equipment and materials should be brought by the service provider at their cost.
- The contactor shall not destroy the mangroves in the land or damage the ecological resources of the land.

The contractor shall ensure the consent of the Ward councilor of the Kochi Municipal Corporation and also inform Kochi Municipal Corporation about the duties and purpose of cleaning.

Secretary, KCA reserves the right to accept/reject any or all tenders and also cancel the tender and call for re-tender without assigning any reason thereof.
