INVITATION FOR PROVIDING TRANSPORT SERVICES FOR THE DOMESTIC SEASON 2021-2022 – VIJAY HAZARE TROPHY & RANJI TROPHY AT THIRUVANANTHAPURAM
Proposals are sought from reputed firms/companies in sealed cover, for providing Transport Service as arrangements for the various teams for domestic season 2021-2022 for Kerala Cricket Association for its matches to be held at Thiruvananthapuram. Companies/Firms which have a minimum of 5 years of experience and having valid licenses and sanctions in providing these services may apply.
The applicant is required to provide the following details with the proposal:
Name of the Bidder/Firm and complete Registered Address.
Name, Designation and Tel. No(s) of the Contact person.
Year of Commencement of Business.
List of present and past clients.
Details of work for International Cricket Matches/Domestic Cricket Matches, if applicable.
The Applicant has to provide services such as Transport for the teams and other related services for the domestic season 2021-2022. The arrangements have to be made in advance and in strict compliance with the guidelines of BCCI to that effect.
Income Tax Returns for the financial years 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 duly certified by a Chartered Accountant.

SCOPE OF WORK OF TRAVEL AGENT
The bidder shall be responsible for making transport arrangements for the Teams. However, if there are arrangements required to be made for the visiting teams, then the bidder is required to do the same in accordance with the BCCI norms and at the same rates offered to KCA.
The travel shall include: Pick up from the Airport to Hotel, Travel arrangements to and from the hotel to ground for practice sessions & Matches of various teams during the tournament.
Requirement are as under:-
The rates shall be applicable for 365 days from acceptance of quotes.
The bidder is required to quote the amount for all the arrangements keeping into mind all the conditions mentioned herein above. The rate quoted should be including fuel, toll charges etc.
The management shall have the right to negotiate the terms and conditions apart from the once mentioned herein above.
The bidder will be required to make all the arrangements well in advance to avoid any last moment rush.
KCA also reserves the right to terminate the agreement without assigning any reason.
KCA will inspect the fleet of the shortlisted bidders. KCA may carryout inspection from time to time during subsistence of contract.
All vehicles provided should be sanitized and fumigated after each use.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE APPLICANT
Incomplete applications will be rejected.
The requirement of the KCA is for the current domestic season only.
The applicant shall not be a member of KCA or related party as per conflict of interest rules of KCA
In any case if the bidder fails to provide service on requested date than the amount against making the alternative arrangement will be deducted from the bidder account.
Buses/cars provided by the bidder shall be maintained properly and the driver / other staff must be well trained and courteous.
Report in duty 30/15 mins before duty time.
Drivers must have valid license, badges etc. to drive.
All statutory documents related to vehicle must be available with the driver/ in the vehicle.
Arrangement shall be terminated in case of violation of any of the terms/ conditions
