Kerala Cricket Association (KCA) hereby invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from professional / licensed / experienced firms / vendors / contractors for design, supply and installation of sight screen and camera towers at various first-class cricket grounds of Kerala cricket Association.
1. Name of the work:
Design, supply and installation of sight screens and camera towers at various first-class cricket grounds of Kerala cricket Association.
2. Dates of EOI/Tender process:
“Late submissions will not be considered”
3. Expression of Interest/ Tender Submission:
Companies/Firms which have a minimum of 5 years of experience and having executed similar works for cricket venues / cricket associations & having valid licenses and sanctions may apply.

All interested firms are kindly requested to submit their Proposal with the following details, along with the duly filled Annexure A
– Experience in similar works.
– Experience certificates / work orders.
– List of present and past clients.
– Copy of ITR for last 2 financial years.
– Documents for proving financial stability and technical capabilities, and any relevant certifications should be submitted along with the application.
Bid documents are to be send to the office electronically to the email id office@keralacricket.in or physically by Registered / Speed post/Courier/ Manual Submission in Tender box at KCA headquarter Thiruvananthapuram by 20.06.2025, 05 PM. Late tenders will not be accepted.
4. Evaluation and Empanelment:
All the submitted proposals will be reviewed and evaluated by the evaluation committee. Based on this evaluation, the committee will shortlist the eligible proposals for empanelment.

6. Discretion:
