INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR EMPANELLING EVENT MANAGEMENT COMPANIES AND SERVICE PROVIDERS TO MANAGE VARIOUS ACTIVITIES FOR HOSTING /CONDUCTING INTERNATIONAL MATCHES AND KERALA CRICKET LEAGUE (KCL- T20)

Kerala Cricket Association (KCA) hereby invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from professional / licensed / experienced event management companies and service providers for empaneling for managing various activities for hosting /conducting International Matches and Kerala Cricket League (KCL- T20)
1. Name of the work:
Event management companies and service providers for empaneling for managing various activities for hosting /conducting International Matches and Kerala Cricket League (KCL- T20).
2. Term of service required: 3 years (Three Years)
Kerala Cricket Association may extent the period of contract on the basis of periodic performance reviews and analysis.
3. Dates of EOI/Tender process:
“Late submissions will not be considered”
4. Expression of Interest/ Tender Submission:
Companies/Firms which have a minimum of 5 years of experience and having valid licenses and sanctions in providing the services enclosed in Annexure B may apply.

All interested firms are kindly requested to submit their Proposal with the following details, along with the duly filled Annexure A
– Experience in similar sports events: Details of work for International Cricket Matches/Domestic Cricket Matches.
– Experience certificates / work orders.
– List of present and past clients.
– Copy of ITR for last 3 financial years.
– Documents for proving financial stability and technical capabilities, and any certifications should be submitted along with the application.
All EOI/tenders must be submitted electronically/physically to Secretary, Kerala Cricket Association, KCA Complex, Thycaud, Thiruvananthapuram by 20.06.2025, 10AM.
Bid documents are to be send to this office electronically via email id office@keralacricket.in or physically by Registered / Speed post/Courier/ Manual Submission in Tender box at KCA headquarter Thiruvananthapuram. Late tenders will not be accepted.
5. Evaluation and Empanelment:
All the submitted proposals will be reviewed and evaluated by the evaluation committee. Based on this evaluation, the committee will shortlist the eligible proposals for empanelment.

7. Discretion:
Secretary, KCA reserves the right to accept/reject any or all application of Expression of Interest (EOI) and may also cancel the Expression of Interest (EOI) notice and call fresh notice for Expression of Interest (EOI) without assigning any reason thereof.
