Expression of Interest (EoI) from Experienced Caterers
Kerala Cricket Association (KCA) invites Expression of Interest (EoI) from experienced and qualified caterers to sell food/stall for the following International matches to be held at The Sports Hub, Greenfield International Stadium, Karyavattom, Thiruvananthapuram:
India vs Sri Lanka – Women’s T20 International Matches on 26th, 28th, and 30th December 2025
The matches are scheduled to start at 7:00 PMand conclude by 10:15 PM. With a stadium capacity of 50,000 spectators, the expected crowd will start entering the stadium three hours prior to the match start time.
Food & Beverage Requirements
KCA requires concessionaire services for the following items (vendors may add more with prior approval):
- Sandwiches
- Veg & Non Veg Burgers
- Veg & Non-Veg Kathi Rolls
- Samosas/Cutlets
- Veg & Non Veg Biryani
- Pizza
- Tea/Coffee
- Ice Cream
- Banana Fitters/ Lentils Fitters

General Conditions
- Vendors must ensure packaged food are sold at MRP or at a lower price.
- Only non-branded items permitted unless prior approval from KCA.
- Vendors must obtain FSSAI licence.
- All statutory taxes/fees shall be borne by the applicant.
- Temporary permit should be obtained from the food safety commissioner’s office for the event.
- Pricing should be reasonable.
- Green protocol should be maintained. All green protocol norms of the local bodies/state/KCA should be strictly followed.
- Waste bins should be provided as per requirements.
- Strict hygiene should be maintained.
- Caterer will be responsible for the quality & quantity of the items supplied.
- Adequate stalls / items sufficient to cater the public allotted to you should be prepared and supplied.
- The caterer who gets the allotment has to submit a Refundable Caution Deposit of Rs.25,000/- by way of a Demand Draft drawn in favour of Kerala Cricket Association payable at Thiruvananthapuram.
- Post-match cleaning charges payable to the concerned agency has to be shared among the catering units. If not paid will be adjusted against the Caution Deposit.
- Caterer will not be permitted to sell any product which involves “Ambush Marketing”/Conflict of Interest with the BCCI/KCA sponsors.
- KCA reserves the right to accept/reject/cancel any or all offers.
- Rights granted are valid only for this series.
- Applicants should not be members of KCA or have close relatives of KCA members.

The EoI may be submitted in a sealed cover SUPERSCRIBED with “Tender for Food Stalls – India (W) vs Sri Lanka (W) T-20 Series” to Hon. Secretary, Kerala Cricket Association, KCA Complex, Sasthamkovil Road, Thycaud PO, Trivandrum – 695 014
