INSURANCE PROPOSAL
Kerala Cricket Association has been allotted the conduct of the Third Mastercard One Day International Cricket Match between India and Sri Lanka to be played on 15th January 2023 at the Sports Hub (Greenfield Stadium), Karyavattom, Thiruvananthapuram. KCA wish to insure the match as per the proposal given below.

Special Contingency Event Cancellation Insurance Policy
Part-1- Event Cancellation
Sum Insured: – Gate Collection (Ticket money), Advertisement/ Sponsorship, Irrecoverable expenses (Including GST) Rs.8 crore.
(The essence of the policy being Revenue + Expense basis. (Gate Collection revenue+ Instadia Rights+ Contribution from BCCI + Sponsorship+ Marketing Revenue+ Expense)
Part-2 Commercial General Liability – Rs.1 Crore liability arising out of Third Party Personal Injury, Death and Damages including assets of the stadium (Chairs & fixtures and furniture’s, cameras, hoardings, lights etc)
Part -3 Group Personal Accident– Public Liability, Personal Accident including Workman Accident (coverage can be discussed and finalized)
Scope of Cover: –
Riot/Strikes, Civil Commotion, Fire, Lightning, Malicious Damage, National Mourning, Bombing, Blast, Rain, Tsunami, Hurricane, Tornado, Floods, Inundation /flood, Earthquakes, Storm, Cyclone, Typhoons and Other acts of God perils including Fog, Hail, Mist, Bandh/hartal, Non-appearance of team(s) Terrorism cover.
Conditions: – As per Standard Terms and Conditions of the Special Contingency Policy (approved by Lloyd’s Market Association).
Coverage of policy should begin from 00.00 hours on 13th January 2023 and cover up to and including 16th January 2023 midnight or as per suited policy terms.
Secretary, KCA reserves the right to accept/reject any or all quotes and also cancel the quotation notice and call for re-quote without assigning any reasons thereof.
Quotes shall be mailed along with the prescribed application form to the official mail id of KCA office@keralacricket.in with copy to accounts@keralacricket.in on or before 12 noon on 06/01/2023. Tender will be opened on the same day from 5 pm onwards.
