EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) / TENDER- Digital Media Marketing Agencies/ Social Media Handles for the upcoming T20 I
In connection with the 1st Paytm T20 cricket match between India & South Africa to be played on 28th September 2022 at The Sports Hub (Greenfield Stadium, Karyavattom), Thiruvananthapuram Kerala Cricket Association (KCA) is inviting Expression of Interest and sealed tender from reputed and experienced Indian Social Media Marketing Agencies/Social Media handles/Theme/Poster designers/Video Content Creators etc to be the official social media marketing partner/agencies of KCA for the event.

1. EOI will be evaluated based on the proposal for social media marketing / presentation by the bidder to the shortlisting committee whose decision will be final. The participants are required to submit one or more posters designed by them with theme “1st Paytm T20I India Vs. South Africa at Sports Hub, Greenfield Stadium, Thiruvananthapuram” and detailed profile of the company with list of clients, awards/accolades received etc. Cover II should contain price proposal/ financial bid for the proposed work/service.
The EoI & tender in sealed cover super scribed “EOI for engagement of Social Media Marketing Agency-T20I” should reach the Honorary Secretary, Kerala Cricket Association, KCA Complex, T.C 24/131(1), Sasthamkovil Road, Thycaud P.O, Thiruvananthapuram, Pin-695 014, Tel- 0471-2326522, 2331368 on or before 12 noon 16/08/2022.
