The accreditation process for all members of the media intending to cover the ICC U19 Cricket World Cup UAE 2014 is open.
Members of the media who wish to carry out their work at the event are required to submit their applications before midnight on Thursday, 30 January (Dubai time).
Please complete the Media Accreditation Form (attached) and reply to
accreditation@icc-cricket.com with the following attachments:
One j-peg passport sized image (size 150-500 KB)
One copy of your passport photo page

By sending the information requested above, it will be understood that the applicant has agreed to and accepted the ICC U19 Cricket World Cup UAE 2014 Media Accreditation Terms and Conditions, which are attached and also available
here.
Please note that media wishing to apply for multiple roles, such as print journalist and photographer, must indicate each type of accreditation requested.

About the event: The tournament will be staged across seven venues in the UAE from 14 February to 1 March, and will also be participated in by Afghanistan, Canada, Namibia, Papua New Guinea, Scotland and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) besides the 10 Full Members.
In the 16-day tournament, 48 matches will be played across seven venues, which are: Zayed Cricket Stadium, Abu Dhabi; Abu Dhabi Oval 1; Abu Dhabi Oval 2; Sharjah Cricket Stadium; Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Dubai Sports City; ICC Academy Oval 1, Dubai, and ICC Academy Oval 2, Dubai.
