Kerala Cricket Association (KCA) is inviting COMPETATIVE QUOTES from experienced agencies for cleaning of the rest rooms and other areas at the Sports Hub on 1 st November 2018 during the India-West Indies ODI. Name of the work
Cleaning of the rest rooms (toilets) at the Sports hub, karayavattom, Trivandrum during the 5 th Paytm ODI cricket match between India & West Indies on 1 st November 2018.
Terms & Conditions
1 The entire deployment should be from own permanent staff and bench strength and should ensure that they are covered under all statutory obligations like ESI, EPF etc.
2 All employees deployed should be in proper uniform.
3 The duty will be for one day at all points where rest rooms (toilets) are there
4 The rates quoted should be all inclusive except GST.
5 The employees should have experience in cleaning works of similar nature.
6 All cleaning equipments and materials should be brought by you at your cost.
7 You may coordinate your cleaning work with the agency who are engaged in the post match cleaning.
8 All staff should be available at the allotted area till the end of the match.
Last date of receipt of tenders 04/10/2018 – 3 pm
Date of opening of tenders 04/10/2018 – 4 pm
Hon: Secretary, KCA reserves the right to accept/reject any or all tenders and also cancel the tender and call for re-tender without assigning any reason thereof.
